  1. Open this page in Safari.

  3. Keep Open as Web App on when shown, then tap Add.

Android

Open this page in Chrome. Tap Install above when available, or open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen / Install app.

Desktop

In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar or the browser menu’s app installation option. In Safari on Mac, choose File → Add to Dock.

Customer and team apps

Use InPlace for bookings and your customer account. Employees and coordinators use the separate, centralized staff portal.

Install the staff appInternet is required for current assignments, approvals, payments and live video. Installation does not grant account access.
