Shopping, pickups, returns, appointment attendance, and rental walkthroughs. Describe what you need and get the scope and price confirmed before custom work begins.

InPlace strictly prohibits bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and physical transfers of a person. This includes lifting or moving someone between a bed, chair, wheelchair, or toilet. These services cannot be booked or added during a visit. Childcare, medical services, passenger transport, and licensed trade work are also outside this menu. Reading and game partner sessions for adults remain under review and cannot be booked yet.

Live video requires everyone’s consent. Open your customer account to join through Google Meet; recording is off by default.

Appliance deliveries & installations

Provide agreed access and relay the installer’s handover.

Cable & internet appointments

Stay for the technician’s visit and connect you remotely.

AC service & repair appointments

Provide access and updates while your HVAC professional does the work.

$49 for up to 30 minutes, $79 for up to 60 minutes, then $30 per extra 30 minutes. Waiting uses booked time; extensions need approval. Your tradesperson’s charges are separate.

We provide access and communication. Your qualified service professional performs, tests and certifies the installation or repair.

Four scheduled visits of up to 60 minutes each, for one household. One fixed monthly charge.

Set up monthly support

Need more time or another task? Send a request from your account. Your coordinator checks availability, confirms any extra cost and can arrange another employee. Extensions are $30 per additional 30 minutes in the same visit, after approval.

Monthly visits expire at the end of each billing month. Unused minutes do not create extra visits. Specialist and equipment-heavy jobs and purchases are quoted separately. Consent is confirmed with the participant when your employee arrives. Read plan terms.

Can I book a real visit yet?

Send your task list with a pilot estimate. We review the scope, location and helper availability before confirming a quote or date. Submitting the form does not book a visit or take payment. Sign in before submitting to keep the request in your account history.

Where in South Florida will InPlace be available?

Our initial focus is Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties—from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach. Exact service areas and helper availability will be confirmed before booking. You can send your list for review now.

How would the camera glasses work?

The planned experience gives invited people a view from the helper’s camera glasses, with two-way audio. Everyone involved agrees to camera use before the visit. The preview here uses an illustrative image; it does not connect to a camera or record anything.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Build a task list for another household or a property you manage. Confirm their agreement, the service address, and who can provide access. We coordinate the practical tasks and appointment details with you.

Can I book help for my business?

Yes. Request office cleaning, workspace organization, supplies, event setup and other listed business tasks. Custom work is quoted for your space and schedule before payment; the monthly home plan covers one household.

What if I need something that isn’t listed?

Select the closest listed task and describe the extra help in your notes. Additional tasks need a scope and price review; licensed trade work is referred to an appropriate provider.
