Account privacy
When you sign in with Google, InPlace receives your name, email address, and a Google account identifier. We use these to recognize your account and show the visits and requests linked to you.
Your account and records
Account information and a secure sign-in session are stored with our website hosting provider. Visit requests and service records are stored in InPlace’s private DPS ERP/CRM workspace using Google Workspace. Your customer account shows only records linked to your account, along with their service, date, status, and any customer-facing visit summary. You can save a preferred name, phone number, and contact preference in Account; these details are stored in InPlace’s private workspace.
A task-list request also stores the selected tasks and their estimated price, shared visit time, schedule preferences, and whether you are arranging help for yourself or someone else. If you provide a recipient’s first name or household label, we use it to coordinate that request. Please only share details you have permission to provide. Selecting a live visit does not grant anyone access to a camera or recording.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendar when you sign in. Your Google password is not shared with InPlace.
Employment applications
When you apply, we store your name, account email, phone, city and ZIP, selected services and counties, availability and experience in our private ERP workspace. Owners and authorized company administrators review these records to coordinate hiring, screening and onboarding. Screening fee invoices and payment references are handled through our billing system and Paybrain. Payment does not determine employment eligibility.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, birth dates, medical information or background report contents in the application. A screening provider collects required identity details and separate disclosure and authorization later. We keep application records for hiring administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact info@dynamicpivotsolutions.com for access, correction or a retention request; records subject to legal retention may need to be retained.
Cookies and sign-out
We use essential cookies for sign-in security and to keep you signed in for up to 24 hours. Signing out ends the current session. Google’s sign-in service also processes information under its own privacy policy.
Live visits and recordings
Live visits open in a separate Google Meet tab after the visit is linked to your account and participant permission is recorded. Google processes the call under its own privacy policy. We store the visit reference, authorized accounts, session times and access events to coordinate the visit. The assigned team member admits the expected customer; please keep meeting links private. Automatic recording, transcription and notes are off, and Casa does not save Google Meet recordings. Ask your coordinator to change or withdraw access or end a session.
Requests, corrections, and earlier visits
Contact your InPlace coordinator to correct account or visit details, request deletion, or link earlier service records. Account references help a coordinator identify the correct account; they do not grant access by themselves.
Keep request descriptions general. Do not submit door codes, payment card details, or medical records. Participation in live video is agreed separately; signing in does not authorize recording.
